SALICE'S TIRAMISU
3 Egg Yolks
3 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Egg Whites
300 grams Mascarpone Cheese
Sweetened Espresso Coffee
1 pkg. Savoiardi Biscuits
Cocoa Powder
Liqueur or Marsala
Beat egg yolk, sugar, mascarpone and 2 shots glasses of liqueur. In separate bowl, beat egg whites to form peaks and fold into mascapone mixture. Mix 2 shot glasses of liqueur with espresso. Dip biscuits into coffee mixture. Do this quickly, if left to long biscuits will get soggy.
Layer 9 by 13 inch cake pan with biscuits, spread some mascarpone mixture on top and continue to layer until cream mixture is gone. Top with biscuits and dust with cocoa. Refrigerate.
