DOLORES NEW YORK ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE

16 oz. Cream Cheese

1 lb. Ricotta Cheese

4 Eggs

3 Tbsp. Cornstarch

3 Tbsp. Flour

1 Tbsp. Vanilla

1 tsp. Lemon Flavoring

1 ½ c. Sugar

1 Stick Melted Butter

Cream the cream cheese thoroughly. Add ricotta cheese and gradually add sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon flavoring. Beat until well blended. Add the butter, then the sour cream. (Sour cream is alway added last). Pour into a well greased 9 by 3¼ inch spring form pan. Bake at 325~ for 1½ hours. Turn off oven and leave pan in oven for 2 hours. Do not open door.
