Dough

4 C. Flour

1 C. Milk

10 oz. Shortening

14 oz. Sugar

2 oz. Baking Powder

2 Eggs

Mix ingredients together. Make balls with dough. Roll each ball into a circle the size of a small margarine container lid. Fill with ricotta filling and fold over like ravioli. Seal with fork before baking. Bake at 400~ for 10 minutes

Ricotta Filling

1 lb. Ricotta

1 C. Sugar

Dash Cinnamon

Chocolate Chips

Mix ricotta, sugar and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Add chocolate chips
