BRENNAN'S BANANA'S FOSTER
4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Ripe Bananas
Dash of Cinnamon
1 oz. Banana Liqueur
2 oz. White Rum
2 Large Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Peel and slice bananas lengthwise. Melt brown sugar and butter in flat chafing dish. Add bananas and sauté till tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon . Pour in banana liqueur and rum over all and flame. Baste with warm liquid until flame burns out. Serve immediately over ice cream. Makes 2 servings. Using a flat pan on the stove instead of the chafing dish also works fine.
