ANNA BONFIGLIO' S FLAN
4 Eggs separated
8 Tbsp. Sugar
8 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 pkg. Vanilla Pudding
¾ Water
¼ C. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 pkg Jello ( any flavor)
Separate eggs. Beat together egg yolks and 8 tablespoons sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Beat egg whites. Fold both mixtures together. Place in greased and floured flan pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350~.
Make vanilla pudding according to package directions. While hot pour over cake and let cool. Place fresh fruit on top.
Make glaze with water, ¼ cup sugar and cornstarch. Boil until clear. Take off stove, add ½ pkg Jello. When it is thick pour on top of pudding and fruit. Refrigerate
